Regulatory Update in progress:

The Board completed its review of regulatory changes following several months of discussion and re-drafts.  The draft revamped regulations will now move forward to the regulations coordinator and Office of Attorney General for procedural and legal review.  From there, they will hopefully move forward to the Health Secretary’s office for final approval.  The Board will continue to keep all licensees informed as these regulations move forward.
